Design Intent

This project focuses on the extension of an existing residential property in Leeds. The primary aim was to enhance internal spatial efficiency while maintaining architectural coherence with the surrounding neighborhood. Through detailed site analysis and careful selection of materials, the proposal respects the existing character of the home while introducing improved functionality and contemporary design elements.
